MELLEN PRODUCTIONS IS SCOUTING FOR AN UPCOMING COMMERCIAL, FILMING 9/24-9/26
Here’s a brief description of what they’re looking for:
- Ranch style, split levels and/or small 2-level homes.
- Modest and well-loved.
- Not renovated or mildly renovated.
- Areas for filming may include front entry, front hall area, den/living room & kitchen.
- No crown molding, preferably no granite counter tops and no stainless steel appliances. The client might be able to temporarily swap out stainless steel refrigerators if the house meets all other requirements and then put the original back in place.
- Manicured yard with minimal trees and not overly landscaped.
