I see the dress as White and Gold but the other 3 people in my house see royal blue and black. The whole thing is very interesting and was the hot topic of last week. It’s kind of old news now but I thought y’all would want to see the results of our Aha! Survey.

When I saw this on Facebook last night, it was most decidedly white and gold, but, now, clear as day, it is blue and black.
There’s some fabric to the left that is either black and white or black and ivory or gold, but the buld of the dress is blue with black trim. There may also be some gold thread in the black.

At first I saw white and gold until I asked my autistic son what he saw and he said “Blue with black stripes” and within 10 seconds the dress changes colors right before me and now all I see is blue with black!
Or blue and dark gray
My daughter showed me this on Instagram five minutes ago and we both agreed it was white and gold. When I pulled this up, we both agreed it was blue and black. So she checked her screenshot of the white and gold instagram dress, and now the screenshot is blue and black. It must change colors somehow!!

My daughter sees white and gold. My husband sees blue and gold. I definitely see blue and black. It’s driving me nuts!

This one’s clearly Blue & Black on my Mac, but I’ve seen (on tv – I’m one of the few who don’t do Twitter, Facebook, etc) the others that look white & gold & somewhere in between.

When I have seen this on television it has definitely looked white and gold, but on your survey, it definitely looks blue and black–even through my champagne-tinted computer glasses that filter blue light!

I know it is blue and black and looks it here. first time I saw it saw light blue and gold.. very strange.

To me this blue with gold trim. I saw the same photo on television this morning and it was obviously blue with black trim. Depends on the photo.
My husband sees white/gold and I see blue/black!! The universe is CRAZY
It’s a very light blue with white ridges running through the blue and trimmed in a taupe/brown.
I saw this on Facebook and the dress was white and gold, but on here it is blue and black.
In this picture it looks blue and black. In other pictures I’ve seen on the internet and on TV news it has looked white and gold to me but blue and black to my husband. Does anyone have an explanation for this phenomenon?

I don’t understand what the fuss is about. I’ve seen the same picture 100 times and is definitely Blue and black. How people see white and gold is beyond me.
