Dunwoody’s Varsity and JV Girls both defeated regional competitor Archer High last week with 4-0 and 2-0 wins respectively.
Varsity goals scored by Julia Gild, Lily Garrigan, Sarah Holland & Lindsey Lampron. Assists by Kate Barrett and 2 by Lily Garrigan. A stellar performance by the entire defensive team led by center back Katie Halliwell. JV goals scored by Addisyn Slipsager and Izzy Henderson and assists by Ella Swilley and Peyton Garrett. In goal, Mia Chambers delivered the second shutout in a row, with a great defensive save from Emerson Sadler in the final minutes.
