Are you vacationing on 30-A and looking for a chance to give back or make a difference at the same time? Grab this opportunity! Lighthouse Family Retreat serves families living through childhood cancer at seaside retreats, enabling them to laugh, restore family relationships and find hope in God.
You can be a part of sharing laughter and hope by sponsoring an ice cream party during one of our retreats. This is a great opportunity to get your family and friends, company or church group involved in giving our retreat families a vacation to remember.
Volunteering in person is easy and fun for all ages! To get started:
**Recruit 5-10 volunteers
**Bring the sweets
**$150 of ice cream supplies to feed a group of 100 include: 3 (5 gallon tubs) of ice cream, chocolate sprinkled, rainbow sprinkles, syrups (chocolate, caramel, magic shell), waffle bowls, whip cream, cherries, crushed cookies, assortment of candy toppings
**Please do not bring items containing nuts
