Kids Yoga Night Out (Parents Night Out too!): Kids, ages 6-11, can join Yoga Natalie, Friday, December 14, 6:30 – 9:30 pm, in room 212, for a night of crafts, games and yoga. A healthy snack will also be served. Bonus for Mom and Dad, you get a night out or a chance to get some shopping done! Cost is $20 per child, additional siblings are $15 each. The Learning Groove is coming January 8!
Free Demo Classes Tuesday, December 18, Friday, January 4 and Monday, January 7
The Learning Groove is a music and movement program for children ages 0-5 accompanied by their parents/caregivers. Participants will sing, dance and play instruments all while being exposed to music of various styles from around the world. Early childhood music education is extremely beneficial in areas of language skills, motor coordination, cultural awareness and preschool readiness.
