Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus The position is FULL TIME, hours are Monday – Friday 8:30-5:30pm. Some customer / sales experience required. Tentative Start date would be 8/01/2024 ! Licensing will be required we will provide you with steps & guidance . Position is Sales & Service ( Account Manager ) Starting Pay off $17.00 an hr depending on experience)Responsibilities
•Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
•Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
•Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
•Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
