Food, Wine, Auctions and Fun! Tickets are now available for the Vintage Affair, the largest annual fundraiser for the Community Action Center (CAC), on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at The Retreat at Perimeter Summit. Presented by IRE Capital and Neighbor Newspapers.
Enjoy fine wines from six award-winning Georgia Wineries, foods from 14 fine local restaurants. Take part in exciting live and silent auctions featuring unique items and getaways such as vacations to Brazil, Ecuador, and Crested Butte, CO. Bid on fine jewelry from Ascot Diamonds and top of the line KitchenAid from Sewell Appliance. Have fun with country music act Burt and the Bandits and wear your Country Chic or Denim & Diamonds attire! Cocktail attire also welcome.
CAC helps neighbors in need in the Sandy Springs and Dunwoody communities with emergency financial assistance, food and clothing to help prevent homelessness and alleviate hunger. CAC gives food to more than 400 families a month, gives rent or utility assistance to 85 families a month, gives clothing to 250 people per month and answers 700 calls a month for assistance.
