Chamblee PD stated they had the scam below happen today. Soliciting in Dunwoody w/o a permit is illegal. I suggest only hiring people after checking references and some independent research.

My sister-in-law had her purse in her husband’s console of his truck in Murphy Candler park, they went for a walk with the kids and when they came back, her purse was missing. The funny thing is there were very valuable tools as well as a 3ds that were visible, but completely untouched. In overview terms there are about 50 staff with Dunwoody PD who police many neighborhoods, about 68 of which are on the neighborhood watch program.
