Dr. David Marshall with Children’s Health Care of Atlanta Sports Medicine will be offering sports physicals for $25 per child. Times and location below. Please check your schools website for the appropriate physical form and bring it with you completed on one of the two dates. Physicals are for students ages 6-18.
