The annual Riverwood Baseball Christmas Tree Sale kicks off on November 28th, the day after Thanksgiving. For more than 15 years, the Riverwood Raiders baseball team has been raising funds for their season by selling fresh-cut Frasier Firs in Sandy Springs. During the three-week sale, players and parents will man the lot, located behind Riverwood International Charter School, 5900 Raider Drive. The players serve as salesmen, deliverymen and loaders, while the parents trim the trees and manage the financial transactions. The lot will be open from 9am – 7 pm on the first Friday, 9am- 6 pm on Saturdays and 12pm-6 pm on Sundays. It will also be open from 4-7 on weekdays.
