Reelabiliites Atlanta hopes to draw audiences from three important demographics:
1.People with Disabilities who will share their stories and points of view
2. People directly impacted by disabilities, family members, service providers or other stakeholders
3.The film-going public who are interested in films that they may otherwise not see in Atlanta.
The ReelAbilities disabilities film festival, founded in NY, is dedicated to promoting awareness and appreciation of the lives, stories and artistic expressions of people with different disabilities.
The first-ever ReelAbilities ATL will present award winning films in various locations throughout the Atlanta area, as well as discussions and other engaging programs which bring together the community to explore, discuss and celebrate the diversity of our shared human experience.
