This was so good but so easy I felt like I was cheating! Last night I had a church meeting with one child and then had to rush to get the other child’s baseball practice carpool. All this was going on between 5 and 7:30, therefore I had to find a way to have supper cooking while I was taxiing kids. While it wasn’t a low calorie meal it was certainly easy and delicious. My husband liked the meatballs so much that he asked me how I made them….he was shocked when I told him they were originally frozen and in a bag!
Ingredients:
- One bag of Rosina’s meatballs (I bought at Wal-Mart)
- One package of spaghetti noodles (gluten free, whole wheat, or however you like them!)
- 48 oz of your favorite spaghetti sauce
- Caesar salad kit in a bag
Directions:
- Put all of the meatballs in a crock-pot
- Add your favorite spaghetti sauce
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours
- When you are ready to eat, cook and drain the pasta noodles according to package directions
- Pour the spaghetti and meatballs over the noodles
- Serve with the Caesar salad made according to package directions
