Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and coat with olive oil cooking spray or any cooking spray.
- Cut off the ends of each Brussels sprout and remove any yellow outer leaves. Cut sprouts in half.
- Place the sprouts on the baking pan and coat with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly into a single layer.
- Roast for about 20-30 minutes until crisp outside and soft inside. The bake time depends on the size of your sprouts. Shake the pan a few times during roasting to brown them evenly
