Ribs (an easy “cheater” recipe)

This is definitely an easy cheater “recipe” but I had to share because they are just so delicious.  We picked up a pack of these ribs Sunday after church and my 14 year old and I cooked them all afternoon checking on them periodically in between rounds of Mexican Train Dominoes.  My boys are hearty eaters and devoured them but we still had enough for leftovers which they gladly devoured on Monday!

Ingredients:

costco ribs

  • 1 package of seasoned raw ribs at Costco
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

  • Preheat smoker to 250 degrees
  • Cook with indirect heat for 1.5 hours (we use one of these for indirect cooking on our Big Green Egg)
  • Wrap ribs in foil and cook for another 1.5 hours
  • Enjoy!
