Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 t pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- parsley for garnish
- egg noodles
Directions:
Brown meat, drain grease and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in the drained meat. Then stir in salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes over low heat. Stir in soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in Sour cream and heat through. Serve over cooked egg noodles. Garnish with parsley. Makes 4-6 servings.
