Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless chicken breast portions
- 4-6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup crushed croutons
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Mix together soup and wine.
Use a casserole dish large enough to hold all the chicken in a single layer. Spray dish with nonstick spray. Cover the bottom of the dish with part of the soup mixture. Lay chicken breasts on top of soup. Place cheese on top of chicken, then cover it with the rest of the soup mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed croutons and pour melted butter over the top. Bake, uncovered, 60 minutes at 350 F.
Serves 4-6.
