The incident occurred Sunday around 1:30pm while the children were walking their dog near their home. They thankfully were smart enough to realize something was suspicious and ran screaming to a neighbor’s house. The man was reportedly in his 50’s or 60’s with white thinning hair and driving a black mid size sedan. Everyone in the community should be aware and talk to their children about the potential danger.
