So what is the ESPLOST Project List survey…in a nutshell you have the opportunity to complete a survey by Oct 24th. This survey is designed to provide the DeKalb County School Board input regarding preferences for how the ESPLOST Funds be allocated. Currently, in the midst of a lot of data and other allocations across DeKalb, there is $16.4 M allocated to Dunwoody (2,100 seat capacity) as part of Secondary School Additions (per page 2 of the project list handout). Regional Community STAKEHOLDER INPUT Meetings (October 4-18, 2016; gathering feedback on draft E-SPLOST project list)
The links below allow you to read the handout from the meetings, see the breakdown of E-SPLOST monies and projects, and vote your preference on how to spend the money. Money cannot be moved from section to section, but we have a voice on how the money is allocated WITHIN each section.
