Maternity Photographer Rachel Jeraffi is thrilled to bring her brand, “Women of Maternal Beauty” to Georgia.
Originally from Israel, Rachel moved to the US with her husband in 1990 and opened her first portrait studio in 1994 (formerly named ‘Pregnancy Portraits’). After 30 years of living and working in Los-Angeles, Rachel chose Atlanta as her new home in 2020.
“If I can make a mother-to-be feel beautiful and cherished while I am photographing the most important time in her life, I have done my job,” says Rachel.
A wife and mother of three grown children, Rachel sees the portrait session as a way of adapting to one’s changing form, a self-esteem booster, and a way of appreciating and loving yourself. In doing so, pouring the love onto the unborn child.
Rachel’s client list includes many Hollywood celebrities, and some of her media features include NBC, TLC, The LA-Times, and the British ‘Sun’.
Photography sessions are focused on creating a relaxing atmosphere, with candles, soft music, and tea. Natural makeup on the face and belly is included and applied while the client is reclining in a lazy-boy, as well as light hair styling. Clean fabrics are provided – tied/draped and used as outfits. A fan blowing is a favorite component in the shoot, creating movement in the hair and fabrics for an ethereal look.
Rachel and Women of Maternal Beauty are looking to serve and uplift moms-to-be across metro-Atlanta.
