Congratulations to Peachtree Charter Middle School’s Academic Quiz Bowl Team for their 1st place win at the DeKalb County Quiz Bowl Tournament which was held on Saturday, December 3rd. The PCMS Team won with 830 points over the favored Chamblee Middle School team that came in 2nd with 740 points.
Captain Ryan Polk, along with teammates Raizan Boghani, Matthew Eitel, Matt Hopkins, Jacob Starks, Rohan Narendra, and Patrick Clinch did an outstanding job along with Coach Carole Dunn. Good luck to the PCMS Team as they head to the PAGE Regional Competition which will be held at the Mt. Carmel Christian School, Saturday, January 7, 2012.
