Over 3,200 students were nominated to the state level competition and nearly 1,400 of them participated in this year’s state interview/audition process. 26 DeKalb County students were selected as state finalists. Of the 26 selected 7 students hail from Dunwoody.

On April 28th, Red’s Beer Garden is bringing a highly anticipated twist on the conventional bingo night: Punk Bingo! No ordinary game night, this recurring event will be infused with punk music and a little cringe humor, all while raising money and support for a different nonprofit each month. Cadette Girl Scout Troop 15209 has earned their Silver Award! The three 8th graders (Mackenzie Brown, Hasini Edupuganti, Evelyn Williams) have been in the same troop since first grade and decided to work on their Silver Award together. The girls chose to improve the outdoor space of a local elementary school serving low-income students.
