Donation Establishes the Goodchild-Fortenberry-Bass  Scholarship 

A new college scholarship is being established at Dunwoody High School (DHS) to support high-achieving students facing challenges. The Goodchild-Fortenberry-Bass Scholarship will be awarded  in increments of $2,500.00 per year for the next ten years to a different graduating senior. Scott Michael Nations, age 22, of Cumming, GA passed away at his home on August 17, 2022.

Scottie was born in Valencia, CA on May 15, 2000 and moved to Dunwoody, GA at 6 weeks old. He grew up in Dunwoody, attending Austin Elementary, Cornerstone Christian Academy and Dunwoody High School.
