“Riccardo Ullio, owner of Fritti and Sotto Sotto in Inman Park and Escorpion in Midtown is the main partner involved in Novo, along with a myself and a couple others.
We are introducing a fresh, casual Italian concept – featuring wood fired pizza, handmade pasta, risotto, antipasti and gelato. Novo is a unique interpretation of authentic Italian, with diners able to enjoy artisanal pasta and pizzas.
The restaurant will also feature an excellent wine by the glass program, enabling guests to select and taste wines in the Enomatic wine dispensing system. The Peter’s space will undergo extensive renovation, including removing and raising the roof to create a more open and modern dining environment with abundant outdoor seating. We intend for Novo to be family friendly, as well as a unique and cosmopolitan dining experience for adults. We are planning for a mid May opening. “
