A hotel developer is proposing building a 128-room, four-story hotel on property surrounding the Spruill Center for the Arts Gallery on Ashford Dunwoody Road.
The project, proposed by Hotel Development Partners, also will include two outbuildings to be used for restaurants or shops, representatives of the developers told members of the Dunwoody Homeowners Association board on April 13.
