I know that there are many concerns about the Dunwoody Post Office (at the Village) and postal services in general. As promised, I sent letters to Senator Warnock and Senator Ossoff. Turns out this is an issue all over metro Atlanta and maybe beyond.
After Senator Warnock expressed concerns about check washing in metro Atlanta a few months ago, the Postal Inspector General is doing an audit of postal services in Metro Atlanta. The results of this audit should be available in the next few weeks. We won’t know until it is released exactly which geographic areas were audited.
