Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed has ordered a temporary halt to non-emergency construction activity in a large part of the city to make it easier for highway work crews to rebuild the collapsed Interstate 85 bridge.
An executive order Reed issued late Monday suspends work between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday in an area extending from downtown Atlanta to Continue reading at the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
