Stage Door Theatre is hosting a very special Cabaret concert on Valentine’s Day. On Monday, February 14th, three talented Atlanta artists will grace the stage for an evening of romantic, hilarious, and heartwarming ballads and duets.
Hannah Marie Craton is a seasoned cabaret performer. She has performed on stages like Out Front Theatre, Act 3 Productions, Marietta Theatre Company, Horizon Theatre Company, Onstage Atlanta, and Aurora Theatre Company. Hannah also has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Reinhardt University.
Russell Scott is an actor and singer based out of Atlanta, GA. He is a graduate from The University of Georgia. He also completed the Horizon Theatre Company Apprenticeship. You may have seen Russell perform at City Springs Theatre, Out Front Theatre, Atlanta Lyric, Horizon Theatre Company, and many others. While he’s not on stage, you can find him behind the lens of a camera. He specializes in headshot photography for actors in theatre and film.
Paul Tate (accompanist) has music directed or played for hundreds of musical productions in the Atlanta. Favorites include Camelot and The Full Monty at Atlanta Lyric Theatre, Godspell and Into the Woods at Legacy Theatre, Billy Elliot at City Springs Theatre, Spring Awakening and Heathers: The Musical at Onstage Atlanta, as well as I Love You, You’re Perfect Now Change and the Christmas cabarets here at Stage Door. In addition to teaching voice, songwriting, and piano privately, Paul has many recordings and publications of instrumental and church music available from iTunes and Amazon.com. In response to the Omicron variant and continued complications of COVID-19, Stage Door Theatre has updated their enhanced policies on masks and attendance, effective January 1, 2022. The full policy can be found on the website, but Stage Door has added temperature checks to the mitigation efforts, in addition to having staff members trained and certified as COVID Compliance Officers.
