Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing well during these uncertain times. My name is Nathan and I am a senior at Vanderbilt University from the Atlanta area. I graduated from Lakeside High School in 2017 and grew up in DeKalb County. This summer, my friends and I have started an organization called VolunTeach Tutoring Services which allows young people to help nonprofit organizations in a unique and direct way. VolunTeach is a platform dedicated to helping raise money for a variety of nonprofits, including Atlanta Mission, Atlanta Wild Animal Rescue Effort (AWARE), and DonorsChoose to name a few. Our collection of volunteer tutors (VolunTeachers) offer up their time, skills, and services in exchange for direct donations to nonprofit organizations decided upon beforehand by that tutor. We are currently in a stage where we are rapidly growing, bringing in new qualified tutors who are ready to offer up their services in exchange for charitable donations.
As COVID-19 continues to hurt our communities, we believe it is now more important than ever for us to come together to serve and support one another. We are committed to serving our community and supporting vital nonprofits with the raising of funds through VolunTeach services.
