Infinite Campus Portal
This is the Infinite Campus (IC) equivalent to Parent Assistant that existed with eSIS. Here are the important facts you need to know:
- Campus Portal goes live on 8/25/14.
- If you already have a Parent Assistant account, you can access your Campus Portal using your account username and password. Visit www.dekalb.k12.ga.us for “Frequently Asked Questions” and a link to Infinite Campus.
- Do not have a previous Parent Assistant account? Then follow the instructions that will be available at www.dekalb.k12.ga.us on 8/25/14.
- Having trouble with Campus Portal? Call 678-676-1131 for assistance.
- School started on 8/11/14. The first week of school involves much housekeeping (i.e. distribution and scanning of textbooks, discipline brochure instruction and test, class routines, discussion of syllabi, etc.). As a result, there are not many grades posted for students during the first week. Any grades that are posted the week of 8/18/14 can be viewed by parents on 8/25/14 once you access Parent Assistant.
- If you have a specific grade question prior to 8/25/14, then feel free to contact your child’s teacher(s).
- The first 4.5 week grading period does not end until 9/10/14, and progress reports will be issued on 9/15/14. That should give you plenty of time to monitor your child’s grades beginning 8/25/14 prior to the grading period ending on 9/10/14.
