Huey Luey’s Mexican Kitchen & Margarita Bar plans to open a new location on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs later this fall. The new Mexican restaurant will occupy about 6,500 square feet in Sandy Springs Village shopping center at the interaction of Abernathy and Roswell Roads.
