Holy Innocents’ Named A Top Atlanta Workplace

HIES-marker-with-tulips-for-GISAOut of more than 1,200 participating Metro Atlanta companies, Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School has been named one of Atlanta’s Top 100 Workplaces by “The Atlanta Journal-Constitution” and its partner, Workplace Dynamics. Holy Innocents’ was ranked tenth in the midsize group, and also received the highest award of any company in Metro Atlanta for continued employee training.

“Your employees have told us that you’re a great place to work,” said “AJC” Editor Kevin Riley at the awards ceremony in the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. “This is a huge accomplishment. These factors make the difference between having a job and loving your job.

“You are the best in Atlanta!”

“AJC” Publisher Amy Glennon explained that “the companies included in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Top Workplaces list were selected based on a survey of employees measuring qualities such as company leadership, compensation ad training, workplace flexibility, and diversity.”

Employees responded confidentially to surveys last year; then Workplace Dynamics ran a series of statistical tests to determine awards to those with standout scores. The awards were announced publicly on Sunday, April 28.
