It was a great Tuesday night for the Varsity Lady Wildcats celebrating their Senior Night after their 5-0 win against Archer. The Lady Wildcats remain undefeated (7-0) in their region. Seniors scored the 5 goals: S. Holland (3), K. Barrett (1), and in the final 5 seconds, J. Gild headed it in off K. Barrett’s corner kick.
Senior Night was a huge success highlighting the 11 seniors. Students enjoyed the Chick Fil A chicken sandwiches and the Dunwoody Soccer T-shirts that were handed out to the fans during the game. It was an emotional night celebrating our 11 seniors. We will miss them next season!
JV defeated Alpharetta (6-2) and Duluth (3-0) – for their 7th consecutive win, remaining undefeated in region play too. Against Alpharetta, goals by Maggie Coxen (2), Hannah Hazen (2), Izzy Henderson and Mariana Queiroz, with assists by Ella Swilley and Mariana Queiroz. Against Duluth, goals by Mariana Queiroz, Izzy Henderson and Addisyn Slipsager.
