Girl Scout Troop 28421 is collecting used rolling suitcases and backpacks for the Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children. When visiting the shelter a month ago we learned from the director that this was their biggest need. The shelter is open from 8:00 AM-3:00 PM. When the women and children leave the day shelter to go to the night shelter they must take everything they own with them. As you can imagine a rolling suitcase makes this so much easier.
