CAC is offering free tax return preparation for any household earning less than $48,000. Tax returns are completed by trained and certified volunteers as part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program operated by the Atlanta Prosperity Campaign and the IRS. The program saves tax filers on preparation fees and also ensures filers receive credits they may qualify for. Assistance is available through April 13.
