Join Environmental Education Director Holly Loscavio as she leads us on a stroll around DNC, teaching all about trees! Holly will point out her favorite natives, how to ID common trees of the area, and point out some of our more rare specimens. There are many ways to identify a tree: the leaves, the bark, branching patterns, fruit, and more! By the end of the hour, you will have the tools to be a tree expert, too!
This class is part of OWLS Adult Programming, a nature and health programming series at the Dunwoody Nature Center. Sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.
