Get ready to lace up your shoes for the Hikes for Health Challenge!
REI has joined forces with 10 Atlanta-area organizations and Kaiser Permanente to encourage the public to hike, walk, or jog 10 trails in their 10 greenspaces over the next 10 months with the Hikes for Health Challenge. The Challenge, which launched in August during National Wellness Month, is a great way to explore beloved trails as part of a prescription for better physical and mental health and a stronger life.
Participating organizations include: Blue Heron Nature Preserve, Chastain Park Conservancy, Chattahoochee National Park Conservancy, Chattahoochee Nature Center, Dunwoody Nature Center, Friends of Lost Corner, Livable Buckhead, Parks Cobb County, Peachtree Creek Greenway, and Sandy Springs Conservancy.
Check out this map to find your way to the trails.
