A developer filed application for a 79-unit townhomes project along Dunwoody Village Parkway on the office buildings parcels across the Parkway from the post office.
Two upcoming public meetings at City Hall are scheduled for variances and rezoning. Both meetings are open to the public, as well as provide opportunity for public input.
Zoning Board of Appeals for variances: Thursday, January 7 at 6:00 pm
Planning Commission for rezoning: Tuesday, January 12 at 7:00 pm
