Dunwoody High School Volleyball will be having the Fall Jr. Wildcats Volleyball program from September 19th through October 5th (Monday & Wednesdays only – from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm – 6 total sessions) at Dunwoody High School for rising 4th to 8th graders ($95.00). We expect another great turnout as we did this past March when we had approximately 40 girls attend.
The girls will learn a tremendous amount of volleyball and will have a great time while being trained. We will have a Jr. Wildcats night at one of the Varsity matches where the girls will wear their Jr. Wildcats tshirt and be honored during the match.
Volleyball is a fantastic team sport for girls. The Jr. Wildcats program was developed to prepare these young girls for middle school and high school volleyball. The JV and Varsity coaches will be on hand as the girls are trained by our lead coach, Brent Bridger. Coach Bridger has coached at the high school, club and collegiate level and has been responsible for many high school players throughout the state to earn college scholarships. I have coached with him for several years and know he is one of the best teachers of the game for these young girls.
