Believe it or not some of the DHS freshmen entered the school building for the first time last week. It’s MARCH. Seems insane but Covid has made school different….to say the least.
I can remember both of my boys coming home from their first year at DHS thankful for older friends who helped them find their way around. It’s not an easy building to find your way around.
Maggie Ridl, a neighbor of mine and my go to source for Girl Scout cookies for many years recently filmed a DHS orientation video for incoming students. This will be especially helpful to the current 9th graders who’ve never even had the chance to attend a summer bridge program.
