Make sure your garden is ready to produce tasty produce by learning all about soil, Saturday, March 12, at 11a.m. “Soil 101,” presented by Master Gardener Ann Bone, will cover the components of soil, and how minerals, water, air, organic matter, nutrients and microorganisms work together to help or hurt plant life. Learn about soil testing and pH requirements of popular veggies, fruits and flowers. The “Second Saturday Seminars” are held each month at the Dunwoody Community Garden greenhouse, opposite the skate park, at Brook Run Park, 4770 Georgia Way South.
