Dunwoody Fencing Club head coach Kathy Vail has received USA Fencing’s Outstanding Service Award for Youth Fencing. In her remarks at the award ceremony, Coach Vail reminded young fencers that they have found a sport in which they can excel and have a lifetime of fun.
The award was presented by USA Fencing membership director Bob Bodor and Brandeis University head coach Jennie Salmon at the 2019 USA Fencing National Championships in Columbus, Ohio.
Coach Vail also coaches the Dunwoody High School fencing team
