A group led by Atlanta developer Egbert Perry has purchased the former GM plant site in Doraville, Ga., clearing the way for one of metro Atlanta’s biggest redevelopment projects.
Money changed hands on Wednesday. “As of a few hours ago we officially closed. We own the GM site,” Perry told Atlanta Business Chronicle.
