At the Dekalb County Championships on Monday night, Ansley Heavern won the County Championship in the 1600m and 3200m runs. Samantha Cameron added a 4th place finish. Amy Last won the championship in the girls Pole Vault with Ally Womble bringing home the Bronze. Sam Haas won the Silver medal in the boys Pole vault. New comer and throwing sensation, Sade Collins won the Bronze medal in the girls Shot Put. Cadmiel Velazquez won the Silver medal in the 800m with a dazzling 1:58 time. Jacob Tallon, Blake Tiede and Benjamin Holmes also reached the finals and scored valuable points for the DHS team. Congratulations Wildcats!
