- You need to first figure out if you have an account number with the department. If you previously ordered service, you do.
- Call 404-378-4475 then option 6, then option 2
- Your account will have a $0 balance, so you will need to enter an amount of $15 to pay
- There will be a $4 service charge to use the automated system
- You will enter a credit card number and exp date
- You will be given a confirmation # – WRITE IT DOWN
- THEN, you will call the customer service number: 404-294-2900 and tell them you just paid for a box of bags for recycling and need to set-up home delivery.
- They will ask for your conf # and then will give you a reference #.
- She said it will take 7-10 days.
