April 23, 2013 – The Davis Academy Fourth Grade team finished in First Place among Fourth Graders in the national Online Math League competition. And with perfect scores in all testing rounds, Davis Fourth Grader Will Hopkins, landed a First Place individual honor.
More than 7,000 students from all over the country participated in the competition. The scores are compiled from three rounds of testing taken in November, January/February and March . In addition, for their high scores Davis Seventh Grader Kyle Newman and Eighth Grader Levi Durham took Third Place honors and Seventh Grader Jared Coffsky took a Fifth Place honor.
The Davis Academy offers students in Grades Pre-K through 8 an outstanding academic program grounded in Reform Jewish values.
