Superintendent Thurmond seems to be making some moves before he leaves. Chamblee Charter High School Principal Rochelle Lowery has been promoted to “Coordinator for Leadership Development”. (whatever that is – another meaningless central office job?). Anyway best of luck to Dr. Lowery.
