A more than 30-acre mixed-use project long-planned near the Dunwoody MARTA station and State Farm Insurance Co. campus is bringing on a national developer.

North American Properties has developed the mixed-use town center Avalon in Alpharetta. It helped lead a turnaround of Midtown’s Atlantic Station after the downturn. I-285 toll lanes could harm Georgetown, says Dunwoody council member

New toll lanes to be built along I-285 could hurt some homeowners, businesses and a beloved recreation center in Dunwoody’s Georgetown neighborhood, according to a City Council member.
