DHS Girls Track off to a great start

The girls track team got off to a great start at their first meet last Saturday. They finished 4th overall out of 18 schools. Janae Profit earned 1st in both the shot put and discus. Kameren Haliday also snagged 1st place in the 100 meter high hurdles. Javene Walden tied with the highest jump with another competitor but garnered second place based on number of overall missed attempts.… Read More »

Fencers and Sandwiches

Dunwoody High School fencer Sara Gelber organized her fencing teammates in giving back to their community by spending two hours helping make 10,000 sandwiches as part of the Sandwich Project at St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church. Temporary road closures Vermack and Manhasset Dr beginning 8:30 AM Friday

The City of Dunwoody is completing major utility tie-ins for the Mt. Vernon Road and Vermack Intersection project.  As such they have scheduled a road closure beginning at approximately 8:30 AM on Friday morning, March 1st.   Please plan to take alternate routes during this time.
