Austin Honors Principal with Austin “War” Eagles Spirit Day

Kroger Engages Metro Area Customers and Associates to Help “Feed the Gap” for Food Insecure Students

More than 23 percent of children in Georgia, South Carolina and East Alabama live in food insecure households. This is well above the national average of 17.9 percent of children who don’t have regular access to food outside of school-provided lunches.

Kroger is helping address the issue of food insecurity affecting school-aged children in elementary, middle and high school over weekends and school breaks through its “Feeding the Gap” campaign, which is now in its second year.… Read More »
