City of Dunwoody to enhance pedestrian safety with new sidewalk

Sidewalk project on Peeler Road is being funded by DeKalb County’s SPLOST.

The City of Dunwoody is adding enhancements to its pedestrian safety network with a new sidewalk along Peeler Road. Dunwoody Mayor Lynn Deutsch and Dunwoody City Council Members held a socially-distanced groundbreaking for the project yesterday. Construction is scheduled to begin this month.

Recovered COVID-19 Patients Need to Donate Convalescent Plasma to Help Fight the Virus

LifeSouth asks those who have recovered from COVID-19 to help save lives by donating convalescent plasma. The need for convalescent plasma has increased 500% since the organization started collecting plasma from recovered patients in April and continues to rise as the virus spreads.
